BackendAssembly ("we", "us") is a one-person operation that sells a modular SaaS starter kit delivered as GitHub repository access. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It applies to everyone who buys from or signs up at this site.
We collect only what we need to deliver the product:
We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, IP-based location, or analytics on what you do inside the product.
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train machine learning models.
BackendAssembly accepts USDC cryptocurrency payments only. Payments are settled on-chain directly to our wallet — there is no payment processor in between.
We never see, request, or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or any traditional payment information. The only payment-related data we keep is the public transaction hash, which we use to verify your purchase.
We rely on a small set of third-party services to operate. Each receives only the minimum data needed for its role:
The marketing pages set no cookies. The only cookies we use are short-lived session cookies if you log into the internal admin panel — they expire when you sign out. No tracking cookies. No analytics cookies. No advertising cookies.
We retain order records (email, GitHub username, transaction hash, selected modules) indefinitely so we can verify your license, answer questions about a past purchase, and re-issue repository access if you lose it.
If you want your record removed, see the next section.
You can ask us to do any of the following at any time:
